Project Type: Kythira

Animal Aid Kythira AMKE is a non-profit organization set up in 2021 with the goal of providing aid and protection to all creatures in need on the island of Kythira. Our volunteers dedicate their time freely and we keep our overheads to a minimum, so that all donations are used for their intended purpose.

We work closely with Kythira’s only vet, Katherine Stathatos, and the local municipality, to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all animals in need and to promote animal welfare throughout the island.
